PrimeAlux supplies prepainted aluminum coil, matched to any RAL or custom color and finished on a continuous coil-coating line. In North America this product is commonly called aluminum trim coil. It is the same coil, used for gutters, fascia, roofing, cladding and trim. It is manufactured by our partner mill.
The coating system is chosen for your environment and the finish for your design. Both are confirmed at quote stage, along with gauge, width and color.

Finish is how the coil looks. Color is matched to a RAL reference or a custom sample, confirmed at quote stage. Swatches below are for illustration; ask for a physical sample to confirm.
A uniform single color. The construction standard for roofing, gutters and trim.
Metallic pigments add sheen and depth. Common on architectural facades.
A printed grain pattern for a timber look with the durability of aluminum.
A directional brushed texture for a refined metal look.
Gloss level tuned to the design, from low-sheen matte to high gloss.
Surface textures that add interest and mask handling marks.
Finish is how it looks; the coating system is how it lasts. Pick the exposure that fits your project to see the systems we would point you to. Positioning is qualitative; exact performance and warranty are confirmed per specification.
Economical systems for interior and light-exposure uses such as linings, backers and gutters, where weather load is low.
Balanced weatherability for inland, moderate exposure. A common choice for roofing in matte or gloss.
Top weatherability with strong UV and color retention for coastal and harsh exposure and architectural facades.
Strong weatherability with high-flex forming, for parts that need deep forming and durability together.
For industrial uses where corrosion priority leads, including primer and backer coats.
Coated coil is painted on a continuous line, not sprayed or powder-coated after forming. Because paint is applied to flat strip under controlled tension, temperature and film thickness, film build and color are far more uniform than post-forming finishing, and the coil still forms because the coatings are engineered to bend with the metal.
The strip is unwound and runs continuously through cleaning and pretreatment.
A chemical conversion coating is applied for adhesion and corrosion protection.
A primer coat is applied and cured in line.
One or more topcoats are applied and cured in line, each to a controlled film thickness.
The finished, color-consistent coil is rewound, ready for forming.
Share these six points and we can quote accurately the first time.
Manufactured by our partner mill at a plant certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Coated coil is tested against ASTM or EN references, including salt spray, UV, T-bend, adhesion, gloss retention and color difference (delta E).
Material certificates accompany every batch. Up to about 75% recycled content is achievable on select coated coil, for example a 3105 substrate with a PUPA coating, confirmed per order.
Yes. Prepainted, color-coated aluminum coil for gutters, fascia, roofing and trim is commonly called aluminum trim coil in North America. It is the same product described on this page.
Color is matched to any RAL reference or a custom sample. Send a RAL number or a physical sample and the match is confirmed at quote stage.
Typically 6 MT per color. As part of a larger order, 3 MT per color is possible. Send your color list and quantities and we will confirm.
Yes. Coil is supplied one-side coated, or two-side with primer. A protective film is also available to guard the finish during handling and forming.
Up to 1350 mm wide (approx. 53 in) and up to 1.60 mm thick (approx. 0.063 in).
It depends on exposure. PE and Epoxy-PE for interior, HDPE for inland and moderate, PVDF or PUPA for coastal and harsh exposure, PUPA for high-flex forming, and Epoxy for industrial use. See the coil coating systems page for the full comparison.
